This Privacy Policy applies to information stored in the Portal database in connection with your use of the MyEdge Portal.

INFORMATION STORED IN THE APPLICATION DATABASE

When you use the Portal, it may store certain information, including:

• Username and password.
• Phone number or mobile number.
• Customer name.
• Order information, including product, quantity, configuration, and price.
• The Portal uses an external secure credit card processing system to solicit and store credit card information.

USES/INFORMATION SHARING

• We use the information stored in the Portal database to provide the products and services you request.
• We will use order information (including price) solely in an aggregated form to assist Miller Edge in marketing generally. Information in aggregate form may be provided to our customers who are also users of the MyEdge Portal. Any such information will be aggregated in such a fashion as to obscure individual order or individual customer data. No individual order information, including particularly but not limited to customer name, will be shared with any third parties, including other customers.
• We do not share your personal or business information with third-party marketers unless we have asked for and obtained your explicit consent.

  With our third-party service suppliers, including those who work on behalf of Miller Edge and our business partners, to send you joint communications that we hope you find of interest to ensure the continued development, maintenance, and security of the Portal.
  To protect and defend the right and property of Miller Edge (including enforcing our Terms & Conditions of Use) or when required by law and/or public authorities.

YOUR CHOICES

• We give you choices about how we communicate with you.
• We take steps to keep your personal information accurate. You can view, correct, and update the contact information you provide Miller Edge.
• You may choose not to continue using the MyEdge Portal at any time. However, the Terms & Conditions of Use and this Privacy Policy will continue to apply to all prior use of the Portal.
