Return Policy
Packages should be opened upon receipt and discrepancies reported within 5 days. All returns that are not subject to warranty are subject to a 25% restocking fee up to ninety (90) days after purchase; additional charges for handling or freight are refunded only in cases of defective products. After ninety (90) days, product is not eligible for restocking. All product returns must be processed with a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
RMAs issued by Miller Edge are valid for sixty (60) days only, and product must be returned to Miller Edge within this time frame. RMAs cannot be extended or re-issued. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: Customer name, sales order or job number, and the nature of the problem. All can be found on your invoice.
Products that cannot be returned for restock: Discontinued items, series connected sensing edges, MG style sensing edges longer than 8 feet or shorter than 4 feet, MC22, special/custom MT and MU edges, or any custom bumper. All items being returned for restock must be unused and previously uninstalled and in a suitable resale condition.
